Influenza A (H1N1) virus is one of the most important etiologic agent of seasonal respiratory infections interest to which grew up greatly after the last epidemic of “swine influenza”. The questionsof genetic variability and circulation of influenza A (H1N1) virus are discussed in this review article. The comparative phylogenetic characteristics of the agents of different influenza Н1N1 outbreaks are given; the conclusion about their considerable adaptability to variable environmental conditions is drawn.
